Who I am

Forever Strong Coaching is run by Dan Turner, a personal trainer based in South Gloucestershire. You can contact me at dan@foreverstrongcoaching.com.

What I collect

• Enquiry forms: your name, email, phone number if you give it, what you're interested in and any message you write.
• Newsletter: your first name and email address.

What I use it for

• Enquiry details are used only to reply to you and arrange a call.
• Newsletter details are used only to send you the newsletter, and only if you asked for it. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Who else handles it

• Netlify hosts this website. It receives what you type into the forms and passes it to me.
• MailerLite sends the newsletter. The sign-up form on the newsletter page is MailerLite's own, so your first name and email go straight to MailerLite, which holds them for me. That form uses Google reCAPTCHA to stop spam sign-ups.

I don't sell your details or share them with anyone else.

Where it's stored

Netlify is based in the United States, so details sent through the forms are stored outside the UK.

How long I keep it

• Enquiries: if you don't become a client, I delete your enquiry within two years.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

This page covers this website only.

Cookies

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The newsletter page loads MailerLite's sign-up form and Google reCAPTCHA, which may set their own cookies to make the form work and block spam.

Your rights

You can ask me what details I hold about you, ask me to correct them, or ask me to delete them, by emailing dan@foreverstrongcoaching.com. If you're unhappy with how your details have been handled you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
